Bahrain’s Commander-in-Chief Inspects Defense Units

The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, paid inspection field visits Thursday to a number of BDF units, where he was briefed about their development projects, as well as the progress of their military and administrative work. 

The Commander-in-Chief affirmed that the BDF will continue enhancing the competence and capabilities of its weaponry and units to reach the highest levels of combat and administrative preparedness, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

He asserted that plans to raise the combat and administrate preparedness and development programs at various BDF units and weaponry are being implemented at an accelerated pace, noting that they are based on the best military theories and the latest combat and equipment systems. 

Thanks to the constant care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, the BDF has attained innumerable landmark military achievements, he said, adding that the BDF has reached the highest levels in all combat and administrative fields thanks to the dedication of its personnel. 

The Commander-in-Chief called on everyone to spare no effort in order to serve the nation and protect its accomplishments and capabilities, in line with the precepts of Islam and in order to serve HM the King and the homeland.
